Members of the Property Owners Association (homeowners) only:

 

___ Register for the Mueller Property Owner's Association (POA) Website. Click on Member Documents and Notes

 

___ Collect your pool key from the receptionist at Mueller Central (next to the Browning Hangar and food trucks)

 

___ Pick up your mailbox key from the U.S. Post Office at 900 Blackson Ave Austin, TX 78752

                  * Must bring documentation of your new address with you

 

___ Make sure you have an account with City of Austin Utilities and Texas Gas Service set up so services can be

          seamlessly transferred from the builder/seller.

 

___ Trash pick up is Friday.  Place your trash and recycle bin outside in the alley by 6:30am Friday morning and                return them by 10pm.  Recycle is picked up every other Friday and brush that is tied up will be                                      picked up on trash days as well.   Reminder: Trash and recycle bins must be stored out of sight.

 

___ Yard watering restrictions can be found HERE.  Be sure to set your automated sprinker systems (if                                applicable) accordingly.  They may only go off between 12am-5am and/or  7pm-12am on your assigned day.
